Shipping Policy
Shipping – Getting Your Order to You
We’re just as excited about your order as you are! Once you place it, we’ll start getting it ready right away. Most orders ship out within 1–3 business days. As soon as it’s on the way, you’ll get a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its journey.
Shipping times:
Within the U.S. – Usually arrives in 3–7 business days
International orders – Can take a bit longer, around 7–21 business days
Shipping costs will be shown at checkout. If you ever have a question about shipping to your area, just reach out — we’re happy to help.
Return & Exchange Policy
If something’s not quite right, don’t worry — we’ve got you. You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. Just make sure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in good condition.
Here’s how it works:

Email us at return@ansaarspices.com with your order number and what’s going on.

We’ll reply with instructions and the return address.

Once we receive your item and check it over, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method.

A few things to note:

We can’t accept returns on perishable items (like food or spices), custom-made items, or anything marked “final sale.”

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please send us a photo — we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility unless the mistake was on our end.
